Privacy

This site belongs to Rupert Kemeys, Licensee Salesperson at Ray White Kemeys Brothers (Kemeys Brothers Ltd Licensed (REAA 2008)). It collects personal information only when you choose to send it: your name, email, phone number, property address and what you tell us about your plans.

What we do with it

• Rupert uses it to contact you about your appraisal or enquiry, and for nothing else without asking you.
• It is kept in Ray White Kemeys Brothers's systems in New Zealand, and in the email and messaging services that deliver it.
• It is not sold or given to anyone outside Ray White Kemeys Brothers, except where the law requires it.
• The appraisal form also notes how you reached the site, such as a search or an ad, so Rupert knows what is working. Its address box looks up addresses with Addy, a New Zealand address service, which sees only what you type into that box.

Measuring the site

The site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits from Facebook and Instagram, including when someone calls, emails or asks for an appraisal, and so Rupert's ads can be shown to people who have visited; Meta sets its own cookies to do this. Embedded Instagram reels and YouTube videos load only when you scroll to them, and those services set their own cookies when they do. You can manage the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email rupert.kemeys@raywhite.com. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner.
